8. Ummah has to rediscover its moral ideological responsibilities. Its member countries should have the twin prerequisites of (1) Loyalty to Allah and (2) Trust of the people. 9. Ummah’s rights to retrieve its hard earned wealth swindled and kept in Western Banks must be recognized and moral, political and legal measures should be taken to bring back this wealth to the Ummah. 10. Muslim countries should establish a monetary fund to help out indebted Muslim countries by providing financial aid and interest free soft loans. 11. Ummah must promote mutual trade, commerce and its multinational companies. 12. Ummah must launch its own communication satellites to uplift information technology and media of Muslim countries. 13. Science and Technology Centres of Excellence and Institute of Media Studies should be established in regions of Ummah and transfer of technology in Muslim countries should be promoted. 14. Islamization of Education to promote Islamic values and adoption and promotion of Islamic Literature and literary values so that the new generation may be able to defend Islamic faith and values. 15. Free exchange of Literature and Scholars in Muslim countries should be promoted. 16. Muslim counties should recognize the Afghanistan government at Kabul and extend necessary aid to help the Afghans to rebuild their country. 17. A resourceful body of Ummah must be established to participate globally in sending Scientific Research Missions to Space, Antarctica and Deep Sea Waters.
